HOW TO BOOK NON-AGENTS:

Yes, you can book and earn from your clients who travel with us on this group trip!  The selling agent shall provide their personalized Traveler Information Form and credit card authorization form to their client for completion and signature.  Please note that this vendor allows you to send a payment link to your client so that they may process their payment.  If you choose to send a payment link, then the credit card authorization form is not necessary.  Login to your Culture Holiday's account and select the following tour to complete the booking process for your client:

2. Click on Travel Agent Login and login with your user email and password
3. Select Tour
4. Select India
5. Select vacation package titled "Golden Triangle With Holi Festival WITH Ann Jones"
6. Click "View Details"
7. Scroll to bottom and select "Book Now"

• If you do not see our group trips, please contact the supplier directly and request access to the group trips under Ann Jones.
• During the trip, we will guide you on how to manage your group effectively. Before departure, we will provide you with critical updates to relay to your clients so that they remain informed about the upcoming trip and what to expect during the journey.

Note:  You do not have to have wait on your roommate to hold a room.   Note:  If the roommate is a non-agent, then the selling agent will complete the client booking.

•  $1,738 USD -  Per Person, Based on Double Occupancy
• $2,470 USD -   Per Person, Based on Single Occupancy

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $200 USD, per person is due at time of booking. If the booking is made 60 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

This trip includes an agent markup, enabling the selling agent to earn travel commissions. Agents will receive travel commissions for clients who complete a booking registration and  pay in full.  The commission payouts for the group trip to India are:

• $      300.00 - Non-Agent Per Person based on  Single Occupancy
• $      241.00 - Agent and Non-Agent Per Person based on  Double Occupancy

Agents can go on any trip – but it Is not required to sell and earn!  If you decide to go, OUR ONLY CONDITION is that we will complete the booking for all agents and earn the associated commission.  That is our only compensation that we ask for all that we do; however, you earn for all of your clients -- whether you go or not.  If you decide not to go, no problem!  We will take care of your clients in-destination on your behalf.

This is a land only package.  Depending on your departure location, roundtrip air from U.S. is approx. $1,200.  Please consider the following recommended flight itinerary for your departure/return dates:

 About 90 days prior to departure, we will host a Destination Planning Session for you and your clients, participating on our group trip to India. During this session, we will guide you through the itinerary, provide detailed information about each hotel and resort, and offer insights on all tours and activities. Additionally, we will share valuable information to assist travelers with their preparations, including packing tips, currency exchange recommendations, weather forecasts, and more.
